Colab4Food (www.colab4food.com) is a R&D non-profit association of the Portuguese Agri-Food sector that aims to redefine the way we innovate collaboratively for a sustainale growth of our associates and higher resilience and competitiveness of the food sector. Colab4Food develops more sustainable food processes, nutritive foods and tailored solutions that will improve the consumers delight, health and well-being. We bridge the gap between academy and industry throughout the combination of knowledge and creativity, to develop innovative market-oriented solutions on the areas: safe and high-quality foods, sustainable food processes, food value chain circularity and healthy nutritive foods.
