The first results of the European Commission’s new Horizon Europe pilot program Women TechEU have been announced. The program aims to promote women-led tech entrepreneurship and fund 50 tech startups led by women. Among the selected companies are two Portuguese startups: Metatissue Biosolutions and Something in Hands: Investigação Científica, both operating in the healthcare sector.
