NATIONAL INCENTIVE SYSTEMS

The National Incentives Systems Unit prioritizes promoting, within the framework of the European support programs – currently PT2030:

Ensuring effective management of the Incentive and Support System and managing, evaluating, and monitoring operations.
Managing the External Experts Pool.
Empowering the innovation ecosystem for efficient access to R&D support instruments.
Supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives in the field of R&D&I.
ANI is responsible for monitoring public policies and support instruments for Research and Development (R&D), and as such, it manages and promotes a range of R&D support tools that are crucial for modernizing and enhancing the competitiveness of the national business fabric.

Portugal 2030 puts into practice the Partnership Agreement between Portugal and the European Commission, applying €23 billion in European funds to projects that stimulate and develop the Portuguese economy from 2021 to 2027.
