SME QUALIFICATION

The CALL for proposals No. LISBOA-59-2018-40 [PDF] aims to encourage SMEs (micro, small, and medium enterprises) in the Lisbon region to hire highly qualified human resources with a qualification level 8 academic degree (PhD), as a means of acquiring critical mass and supporting the development of processes that promote business innovation.

The support aims to finance 50% of the monthly costs with the base salary and mandatory social charges, with a minimum duration of 24 months and a maximum of 36 months.

Applications are submitted via an electronic form on Balcão 2020, on a continuous basis, according to the deadlines defined for the three phases.
