(ANI), processes personal data within the scope of its responsibilities and for the purposes of registration, authentication, and identity verification; reception, analysis, and evaluation of applications and monitoring the execution of requests submitted to the entity; issuance of certificates, certificates, and declarations; analysis and response to clarification requests; auditing, and control. The processing is necessary to fulfill legal obligations to which Agência Nacional de Inovação, S.A. is subject and for pursuing the public interest, arising from the entity’s responsibilities and legal competencies; contractual execution or pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject; consent of the data subject.
