Catalyse NEB 2026: European accelerator opens applications for innovative start-ups

The EIT Community has launched Catalyse NEB 2026, an initiative that aims to support 20 European start-ups promoting sustainable, inclusive and aesthetically innovative solutions aligned with the values of the New European Bauhaus (NEB): beauty, sustainability and unity.

The programme is aimed at companies registered in the European Union or in countries associated with Horizon Europe, which were established after 1st January 2021 and which place social innovation at the heart of their mission.

Selected start-ups will have access to:

  • €22,000 in direct financial support.
  • Personalised mentoring in the areas of business and design.
  • Interactive workshops and networking events.
  • Support in communication and alignment with NEB principles.

Candidate start-ups must meet at least one of the following requirements:

  • To have generated a minimum of €15,000 in revenue by 2025.
  • Have secured investments of at least €40,000.
  • Having participated in the Grow NEB programme.

The Catalyse NEB 2026 programme calendar kicks off with an information session scheduled for 26 November, at which the main objectives, eligibility criteria and benefits for participants will be presented. Proposals will be evaluated throughout February and March 2026, culminating in the official launch of the programme on 25 May 2026.
