Applications until 31st October
BPI and Cofina, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, with the support of PwC, are promoting the 12th edition of the National Agriculture Prize, which will recognise and reward farmers and companies that stand out as success stories in the agriculture sector in Portugal. Applications are open until 31 October.
The main aim of this initiative is to ensure production that is aware of the need to conserve the environment, combining agricultural units and advanced technology with innovation to create a prosperous sector with a secure future in Portugal. In this edition, the two main areas to be analysed will be sustainability and innovation in the Portuguese agricultural sector.
Maria João Fernandes, National Delegate of ANI’s Horizon Europe Programme, is part of the group of 10 judges who will take part in this 12th edition of the National Agriculture Prize.
