BPI and Medialivre, sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and supported by PwC, are promoting the 14th edition of the National Agriculture Award, which will recognize and reward farmers and companies that stand out as success stories in the agriculture sector in Portugal. Applications are open until 31 October.
The award seeks to highlight conscious production practices that prioritize environmental conservation, combined with advanced technology and innovative agricultural units, ensuring a prosperous and sustainable future for the sector in Portugal. This year’s edition will focus on two main pillars: Sustainability and Innovation, promoting smarter and greener practices for the future of Portuguese agriculture.
Maria João Fernandes, National Delegate for the Horizon Europe Program at ANI, is part of the group of 10 judges who will participate in this 14th edition of the National Agriculture Award.
