This webinar will address the legal framework associated with CE marking and the role of Notified Bodies in assessing product compliance with European Union requirements.
The initiative will also explore the importance of harmonized standards and the challenges faced in their development by the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) and the European Electrotechnical Committee for Standardization (CENELEC) in response to standardization requests from the European Commission. Relevant information will be shared regarding the implementation of new European regulations, their transitional periods, and the Court of Justice of the European Union’s (CJEU) decision concerning access to harmonized standards.
