The “public procurement market in Portugal”, a pioneering study on the market potential of innovation public procurement (CPI) in Portugal, developed by ISCTE – Lisbon University Institute for the National Innovation Agency (ANI) in 2021 estimates that by 2030, Portugal can almost triple its capacity in public procurement innovation. Something that, if it happens, will allow the country a faster modernization of the public sector, as well as an increase in the competitiveness of companies.
To encourage this development, the 2nd National Conference on Public Procurement for Innovation under the theme “Valuing skills and experiences” will be held on April 14 at the Convent of São Francisco, in Coimbra.
The Centre for Skills in Public Procurement of Innovation – an initiative of the National Innovation Agency (ANI) and the Institute of Public Markets, Real Estate and Construction (IMPIC) organize on 14 April at the Convent of San Francisco, in Coimbra, 2nd National Conference of Public Procurement of Innovation, under the theme “Valuing skills and experiences”.
