November 21 to 29
ANI is organizing another Tech@Week, a week dedicated to space and ocean activities in various locations across the country, this time under the theme: Tech Planet A: Space and Ocean.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the latest updates and trends in technology transfer related to space and ocean through debates, technology demonstrations, open days, and networking moments.
The third Tech@Week includes a demonstration action on November 23 at the Instituto Pedro Nunes in Coimbra. This session, featuring speakers from academia and business, will explore the main trends and challenges in this field and include demonstrations of innovative projects.
As with previous Tech@Weeks, several institutions working in this area will open their doors to the public to present their mission, objectives, projects, and the results of their technological activities. These include CETEMARES, INESC TEC, and IEFF – Figueira da Foz Business Incubator on November 24, PIEP on November 25, and Corpowerocean on November 29.
In addition to these activities, there is also Edu@Tech, an initiative aimed at promoting scientific literacy among schools and students, as well as bringing young people closer to science and technology. This time, the initiative will take place at two schools: Augusto Gomes Secondary School in Matosinhos on November 21 and Avelar Brotero Secondary School in Coimbra on November 25.
