The R&D Internationalisation Notice for Non-Business Entities in the R&I System (ENESII) has been published, within the scope of Portugal 2030, with application in the North, Centre, Alentejo and Algarve regions. The application period runs until 30 December 2025 (5pm).

The aim of this support is to promote operations aimed at preparing and submitting proposals to R&D programmes funded by the European Union, namely the Horizon Europe Programme, the Digital Europe Programme, the Coal and Steel Research Fund and the European Defence Fund.

The type of call is individual and is aimed at non-business entities in the R&I system that want to strengthen their capacity for international cooperation by participating in European research, technological development and innovation programmes.
