BUILDING ENTREPRENEURIAL CAPACITIES FOR WOMEN IN THE AGRIFOOD PROGRAM

This program aims to select one organization per country, specifically from Spain and Portugal, to implement the initiative.

The Project, carried out in 12 European countries, aims to provide up to 120 women entrepreneurs in 12 RIS target countries with the knowledge, confidence, support and networking opportunities needed to meet and exceed their aspirations, leading them to successfully start and develop sustainable businesses.

Duration: 6 months
Focus: Supporting women at the beginning of their entrepreneurial journeys, helping them expand their businesses with a tailored and focused approach.
Challenges Addressed: The program specifically tackles barriers and challenges faced by women entrepreneurs, providing a platform to overcome these obstacles.

The project’s core goal is to support female entrepreneurs in the agrifood sector in RIS countries. It seeks to help them develop innovative solutions to address current challenges in the food system while fostering and scaling up their business ideas.
