Pathways2EIC is a capacity-building program designed to equip the national community with the necessary tools for a successful application to the European Innovation Council – EIC Accelerator. Held entirely online, Pathways2EIC includes six sessions scheduled between April and July. Each session is independent, allowing flexible registrations by topic.

The next session, “Project Management: Data-Driven Management and Continuous Improvement,” is scheduled for July 11, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. It will provide tips and tools to foster balanced management of your EIC Accelerator project, both during the proposal phase and throughout the implementation of your project.

This session will feature Project Adviser Nuno Quental (EISMEA), who will share key insights for effective project management.
