The NATO Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) Seeks mentors and experts to support the 44 start-ups selected to join the NATO Pilot Acceleration Programme, which will focus on the areas of Sensing and Surveillance, secure information sharing and energy resilience by seeking support in the following areas:
- Government, civil and military defence experts (i.e. operational/end-user experience, certification and product standards, national/multinational contracts, rapid adoption and operational experimentation with EDT, capacity planning/strategy, legal, investments);
- Specialists in Business Development (i.e. Management, Technical, Operational, Financial, Legal, HR, Business Development (General), Communications and Marketing, Security)
- Academy and researchers (i.e. Theoretical, Experimental, Product Development)
- Industry specialists (i.e. Board, Management/C-level, Technical, Operational, Finance, Legal, HR, Business Development, Communications and Marketing, Security, Other)
- Investors (i.e. Angel, Corporate, Bank, Venture Capitalist, Other)
- Start-up founders
Those interested in being part of the DIANA mentoring community may submit their application here, until 17:00, on December 13, 2023, to be considered for the program to start in January 2024. Applicants may belong to government, academia or industry.
The aim of the creation of the DIANA accelerator is to provide deep technology and dual-use innovators with access to NATO resources, including funding of grants, acceleration services and pathways to adapt their solutions to defense and security needs.
