The Industrial Property Notice for Non-Business Entities in the Research and Innovation System (ENESII) under Portugal 2030 has been published. Applications are open until December 30, 2024, with the analysis and decision process carried out in two phases.

The notice supports operations aimed at registering Industrial Property rights in the form of patents, utility models, and designs or models, through national, European, and international routes More information can be found here.

The Notice applies to all NUTS II regions in mainland Portugal (North, Center, Lisbon, Alentejo, and Algarve). The location of the operation corresponds to the region where the investment will be implemented.

Non-Business Entities in the Research and Innovation System (ENESII), as defined in paragraph 1 of Article 139 of Ordinance No. 328-B/2023, dated October 30, which approves the Specific Regulation for the Thematic Area of Innovation and Digital Transition (REIDT), in its current wording, are invited to submit applications.
