
The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), through its New European Bauhaus (NEB) community, is promoting two new funding opportunities for citizen-generated solutions addressing challenges faced by urban, peripheral, and rural areas
Connect New European Bauhaus Open Call 2025
This call aims to fund projects that propose solutions and initiatives addressing challenges identified by local communities, while facilitating knowledge exchange among people. Proposals focused on climate, urban mobility, food, and manufacturing challenges are particularly encouraged.
Funding: 8 projects will be supported, with up to €15,000 per project and a co-funding rate of 20%.
Eligibility: Open to all types of entities.
Information session: July 23 at 10:00 am (Lisbon time).
Submission deadline: September 26, 2024, at 4:00 pm (Lisbon time).

Co-create New European Bauhaus Open Call 2025
This call seeks to fund projects that enable individuals and communities to reimagine shared spaces, bringing people closer to nature, fostering a sense of shared belonging, and addressing local needs.
Funding: 8 projects will be supported, with up to €45,000 per project and a co-funding rate of 25%.
Eligibility: Open to all types of entities.
Information session: July 30 at 10:00 am (Lisbon time).
Matchmaking session: September 10 at 10:00 am (Lisbon time).
Submission deadline: October 10, 2024, at 4:00 pm (Lisbon time).
