The European Commission organizes, on September 27th, from 9am to 11am, the webinar “Shaping the future of Cultural Heritage”. This event aims to inform about three major European initiatives and their interconnection: Cultural Heritage Cloud, the common European dataspace for cultural heritage and the European Open Science Cloud.
The European Cloud for Cultural Heritage has provided support for internationally collaborative research and innovation projects through the Horizon Europe program, namely, €50M in funding for 2024. The European Cultural Heritage Data Space (the common European dataspace for cultural heritage), in turn, is financed by the Digital Europe program.
ANI is one of the agencies responsible for promoting both programs, monitoring the discussion and definition of their respective priorities, and enhancing national participation.
