The European Commission, through the AI Office, is organising Info Day GenAI Meets Public Administrations, an information session dedicated to the presentation of a new call for tenders under the Digital Europe Programme 2025-2027.
With a budget of 21 million euros, the competition aims to fund up to four projects that develop generative, scalable and replicable European Artificial Intelligence solutions in the public sector.
The event includes two parts. In the first, the objectives, requirements and expected results of the competition will be presented, as well as a pitching session to promote dialogue between public administrations and European start-ups or SMEs. The aim is to facilitate the formation of consortia for future applications.
Participants interested in presenting solutions during the pitching session must first submit a presentation here.
The second part will be dedicated to Apply AI Strategy, focussing on identifying promising AI solutions for the public sector and discussing implementation challenges and opportunities.
