The European Commission has launched a call for experts to support the development of monitoring methodologies for European Missions.
The main objective is to track the progress of European Missions beyond Horizon Europe, analyzing the contribution of other funding programs at the European, national, regional, and local levels towards achieving the Missions’ goals.
A group of nine independent experts will be selected. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge and experience with European Missions, research and innovation policy analysis, monitoring the performance of research and innovation programs, or analyzing and managing EU framework programs. They should also have a strong understanding of priority setting, implementation, and monitoring of national policies and initiatives, including data analysis, governance, and support mechanisms. Proficiency in English is required to actively participate in discussions.
