2nd cut-off: 12 February
EIT Urban Mobility has announced the date of the second cut-off for the European Strategic Innovation Open Call competition: 12 February. This is an opportunity to submit proposals that accelerate the implementation of impactful solutions to the most pressing challenges of urban mobility.
The programme aims to support ambitious and critical projects for the market that can respond to real challenges identified by cities, public authorities and mobility operators.
EIT Urban Mobility aims to reduce risks in development and enable large-scale implementation by supporting solutions with a clear path to market and potential to scale across Europe.
Strategic areas:
- Urban logistics;
- Public transport;
- Mobility data management;
- Electrification of transport and alternative fuels;
- Health and mobility.
With a total estimated budget of €60 million for 2026-2028, each project may receive up to €2 million, covering up to 65% of eligible costs, with a minimum co-financing rate of 35%. Applications must be submitted by consortia composed of at least two independent legal entities established in two different EU Member States or countries associated with Horizon Europe.
