EIT Health has launched the Transformative Health Instrument Call 2025, aimed at supporting European start-ups in the healthcare sector. This initiative seeks projects that foster personalized, sustainable, and effective care, offering up to €500,000 in funding per proposal.

Eligible candidates must have completed an equity financing round in 2023 or 2024. In addition to financial support, selected projects will have access to EIT Health’s network of experts, specialized mentoring and regulatory support to accelerate market entry.
