The European Innovation Council (EIC), through the Executive Agency for SMEs and Innovation (EISMEA), has opened applications to recruit up to six Program Managers, as well as to create a reserve list for future opportunities.

The competition is aimed at high-level specialists with scientific, technological, and innovation experience in various deep tech areas, including space, semiconductors, quantum technologies, agri-food, renewable energy, and construction.

Programme Managers lead innovative initiatives in emerging fields, collaborating with top researchers and entrepreneurs across Europe. Their roles include identifying strategic challenges, managing high-risk, high-impact project portfolios, supporting commercialization and intellectual property, creating visibility around new technologies, and contributing to public policy reports and recommendations.

The role also involves playing an active part in European events, conferences, and networks, acting as ambassadors for the EIC within the scientific, technological, and business communities.
