CTCV – Ceramics and Glass Technology Centre is a non-profit public utility institution created for the technical support and technological promotion of national industries in the Ceramics and Glass sectors, and currently for the entire Habitat Cluster.

Created in 1986, is part of the Portuguese National Scientific and Technological System and has established itself as an essential reference organisation for competitiveness, technical support and technological promotion for companies in the Ceramics and Glass (C&V) sector and, more recently, also for the Natural Stone sector.

With facilities located at Coimbra Technology Park, CTCV is a private non-profit organisation that is part of the R&I System. It is recognised as a Technology and Innovation Centre.

Its activity is divided between the areas of Testing, Technical Consulting, Innovation and Development and Training. CTCV currently has 65 employees.
