The birth of 41 collaborative laboratories allowed the creation of 639 jobs, much of them in the interior of the country. 35 are already in operation and 6 are in the process.
ANI supports the participation of Portuguese entities in the Horizonte Europa programs, which is a gateway to international markets. According to Joana Mendonça, president of ANI, the idea for this year is to internationalize this project.
The creation of this type of collaborative laboratories is renewing and diversifying the fabric of the National Innovation System itself and its presence in less populated regions has allowed to attract highly qualified resources to more remote areas of the country.
