EIT System Shifters aims to drive a transformative change in the European food system, promoting sustainable and health-conscious eating habits. Why Change the Food System?
Benefits for Human Health: A diet richer in vegetables and lower in processed meats contributes to the prevention of chronic diseases, improved cardiovascular health and increased longevity.
