This course is designed to introduce professionals in the agri-food industry to the urgent need for food system transformation.
The first module is available online at no cost, the following modules are co-created with organisations and delivered through a mix of video lessons and online synchronous workshops, adapted to the targeted audience and with custom duration and scheduling.
With the free online module (first module), participants will explore global food system challenges and apply systems analysis techniques.
The following modules are aimed at fostering and applying the entrepreneurial mindset to create opportunities for social and environmental value creation, moving from food systems challenges to solutions with a testing and experimentation methodology, while creating open innovation groups.
At the end of the path, the teams will have concrete and validated ideas to further develop.
