Eat Healthy to Keep Healthy is a ready-to-use educational resource designed for primary school teachers of students aged 7 to 12. It provides engaging, age-appropriate lessons on healthy eating and the digestive system, eliminating the need for teachers to research or create their own plans.
Developed by biomedical scientists in collaboration with educational and food experts across Europe, the program has successfully reached over 2,000 children in Spain, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Hungary, with 90% of teachers expressing satisfaction with the material.
All materials are free of charge and can be accessed after registration.
