The Chips Joint Undertaking (Chips JU) will hold an online workshop on April 11, between 9:00 and 10:30 a.m., dedicated to the Focus Topics of the next call for proposals for Design Enablement Teams (DETs).
The event, part of the Chips for Europe initiative, aims to boost the European semiconductor design ecosystem, promoting the development of innovative fabless companies, with an emphasis on startups and SMEs. Through the Design Platform, the initiative aims to strengthen Europe’s chip design capacity through tools, infrastructures and advanced technical support.
The DETs will be responsible for supporting users of the platform, from setting up design environments to finalizing projects (tape-out). The workshop will gather input from the community on Chips JU’s plan to launch a call for proposals for DETs to support the Design Platform later in 2025.
Participation is free but subject to prior registration.
