The European Commission has launched a call, on August 20, for the nomination of candidates to join the Group of Chief Scientific Advisors (GCSA), the high-level advisory group providing scientific guidance to the European Commission.
The GCSA is responsible for delivering high-quality, timely, and independent scientific advice to the European College of Commissioners on a broad range of topics, including policy issues raised by the European Parliament or the European Council.
European public R&I organizations are invited to nominate top scientists, according to the criteria described here, by September 30 at 18:00 CET.
