“BATTERY INNOVATION DAYS 2024” APPLICATIONS OPEN

27.Dec.2023

Application deadline until January 25

Cities/regions are invited to participate in the submission of an application to host the Battery Innovation Days in 2024. Registration is open until January 25.

It is an event dedicated to advancing the European battery ecosystem through its sustainability and growth. During the Battery Innovation Days (IDB), the future of battery R&I in Europe will be discussed with key policy makers, scientists and representatives of the sector concerned.

Receiving the initiative in your city/region can mean an opportunity for local stakeholders to get in touch with European battery innovators and become familiar with European funding mechanisms for battery innovation. In addition, the event annually attracts professionals to the chosen location, being a boost to the local economy. In the 2023 edition, two parallel events were organized, one the day before and another the day after the IDB, which prolonged the positive economic impact in the region.

This will be the fourth edition and are estimated more than 350 participants with relevance. The Organization is in charge of the Main European Research and Innovation Initiatives of today, specially the Batteries Europe, Battery 2030+ and Batteries European Partnership Association, in partnership with Batteries 1st e 2nd IPCEIs.

The application must answer 7 points, which you can consult here. The event is scheduled to take place between the months of September and November 2024.

You can submit your application to s.williams@clerens.eu or t.otuszewski@clerens.eu by 25 January 2024. Any questions, contact us through the second email, addressed to Thomas Otuszewski.
