The Agência Nacional de Inovação (ANI) will once again participate in this year’s Web Summit, hosted at the Portugal Stand (Pavilion 1, E140). Alongside a conversation about deep tech, the stand will provide various details about the programs and funding opportunities managed by the agency.
On November 12, at 12:00 PM, the ANI-organized session titled “DeepTech Portugal: From Science to Scaling” will take place at the Portugal Stand. This discussion will delve into the deep tech ecosystem in Portugal, its main challenges and opportunities, as well as emerging trends. The session will be moderated by António Grilo, President of ANI, and will feature speakers Sónia Ferreira (CEO and founder of BestHealth4U) and Débora Campos (CEO and founder of AgroGrIN Tech).
At the European Innovation Council (EIC) Stand, located in Pavilion 2, Stand E271, multiple sessions will focus on funding opportunities for deep tech startups. EIC Board President Michiel Scheffer, Jean David Malo, Lars Frolund, along with EIC Fund representatives and ANI National Contact Points (NCPs), will provide details on the application process and benefits of support programs.
