ANI and the UT Austin Portugal program organized an online session to present funding opportunities for R&D and Innovation projects under Horizon Europe. The initiative, aimed at the UT Austin Portugal community, took place on September 21.
The session was divided into two parts: the first focused on funding opportunities for collaborative R&D addressing major societal challenges (Pillar II), while the second concentrated on networking and innovation funding opportunities (Pillar III).
The session was attended by researchers from consortia involved in UT Austin Portugal’s strategic research projects.
Horizon Europe aims to increase innovation within European companies and transform knowledge produced in Europe into competitive advantages with social and economic impact. Achieving this goal requires strategies to engage and empower stakeholders, enhancing the community’s understanding of Horizon Europe—an objective central to this session.
