On September 23, ANI and the Carnegie Mellon Portugal program organized an online session to present funding opportunities for R&D and Innovation projects under Horizon Europe.
The session was divided into two parts: the first focused on funding opportunities for collaborative R&D addressing major societal challenges (Pillar II), and the second on networking and innovation funding opportunities (Pillar III).
More than 100 participants attended, including researchers, TTOs, CTIs, CoLABs, companies, and other entities from the national research and innovation ecosystem.
Horizon Europe aims to increase innovation in European companies and transform the knowledge produced in Europe into competitive advantages, resulting in social and economic impact. Achieving this goal requires a strategy to engage and empower stakeholders, enhancing awareness within the community about Horizon Europe, which was the focus of this session.

The initiative brought together over 100 participants.
