The ACA Innovation Challenge is an innovation competition aimed at entrepreneurs, visionaries, leaders, students, and researchers with ideas and solutions that contribute to stimulating innovation in the AEC sector (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction).
The 2nd edition of the ACA Innovation Challenge features 2 challenges, which include different scopes and prizes, including the Bfk Awards Distinction, awarded by the National Innovation Agency (ANI) with a prize of 2,500 euros.
The Early-stage Innovation challenge is aimed at ideas with low levels of technological maturity that need to be developed, tested, and/or implemented. On the other hand, the Open Innovation challenge challenges technologically mature ideas that have already been demonstrated, tested, or implemented in a real-world context.
Applications can be submitted to one of the challenges based on their level of maturity and development, by creating a participant profile available here. The registration deadline is June 9th, and the evaluation of applications will be completed by July 3rd.
Seeking a more innovative, intelligent, and sustainable construction, the ACA Innovation Challenge aims to explore innovative approaches and new technologies to understand how they can be applied to the built environment, whether during construction or throughout the lifecycle of buildings and infrastructure.

Applications open until 9 June
