Applications are open until December 30, 2024, with the analysis and decision process carried out in two phases. <\/p>\n\n<p>The notice supports operations aimed at registering Industrial Property rights in the form of patents, utility models, and designs or models, through national, European, and international routes More information can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compete2030.gov.pt\/avisos\/saccct-protecao-da-propriedade-intelectual-e-industrial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Notice applies to all NUTS II regions in mainland Portugal (North, Center, Lisbon, Alentejo, and Algarve).
