This document considers the recent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.consilium.europa.eu\/media\/ny3j24sm\/much-more-than-a-market-report-by-enrico-letta.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Letta<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/commission.europa.eu\/topics\/strengthening-european-competitiveness\/eu-competitiveness-looking-ahead_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Draghi<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/op.europa.eu\/en\/publication-detail\/-\/publication\/2f9fc221-86bb-11ef-a67d-01aa75ed71a1\/language-en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Manuel <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/op.europa.eu\/en\/publication-detail\/-\/publication\/2f9fc221-86bb-11ef-a67d-01aa75ed71a1\/language-en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Heitor<\/a> reports, as well as <em>position papers<\/em> already <a href=\"https:\/\/era.gv.at\/fp10\/next-framework-programme\/position-papers\/https:\/\/era.gv.at\/fp10\/next-framework-programme\/position-papers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">published<\/a> by other countries, associations, and organizations.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Based on this initial draft, the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation has launched a <strong>survey to gather feedback<\/strong> on each section of the document, as well as additional insights regarding the future Framework Programme. <\/p>\n\n<p>The survey will remain open <strong><u>until October 28<\/u><\/strong> and can be accessed <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eusurvey\/runner\/consulta-pt-position-paper-FP10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><em>The National Position document for FP10 is available for download on the survey page.<\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation (MECI) is preparing a National Position on the upcoming Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (FP10), which will succeed Horizon Europe during the 2028-2034 period.
