{"id":32531,"date":"2022-10-26T15:42:36","date_gmt":"2022-10-26T15:42:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ani.pt\/sessao-publica-de-apresentacao-do-projeto-kerapep\/"},"modified":"2024-11-29T12:54:06","modified_gmt":"2024-11-29T12:54:06","slug":"sessao-publica-de-apresentacao-do-projeto-kerapep","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ani.pt\/en\/sessao-publica-de-apresentacao-do-projeto-kerapep\/","title":{"rendered":"PUBLIC PRESENTATION SESSION OF THE KERAPEP PROJECT"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><strong>October 28, 2:00 PM, Braga<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ceb.uminho.pt\/Projects\/Details\/6173\" target=\"_blank\">Kerapep<\/a> project will present its results in a public session on October 28 at 2:00 PM at the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/apceb.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Portuguese Association of Hairdressers and Aesthetics in Braga<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project by <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.solfarcos.com\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Solfarcos \u2013 Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Solutions, Lda.<\/a> developed an alternative solution to harsh alkaline reducing agents widely used in hair cosmetics, utilizing peptide formulations that act at neutral pHs to alter the shape of human hair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this purpose, a 10-amino acid peptide derived from keratin was developed for application on damaged hair, demonstrating proven characteristics for recovering the mechanical properties of hair damaged by excessive bleaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session is free of charge but requires mandatory registration through the following contacts:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"mailto:info@solfarcos.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">info@solfarcos.com<\/a> or 253 174 836.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This demonstrator project was supported by ANI through the Business R&amp;D Incentive System &#8211; Individual Demonstrator Projects and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under the NORTE Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"301\" height=\"150\" src=\"http:\/\/ani.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-69.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8030\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>October 28, 2:00 PM, Braga The Kerapep project will present its results in a public session on October 28 at 2:00 PM at the Portuguese Association of Hairdressers and Aesthetics in Braga.
