This challenge particularly affects entrepreneurs in the agrifood sector, especially those with niche solutions and business models that are often outside the expertise of typical investors. <\/p>\n\nTo tackle this issue, EIT Food is looking for entities capable of equipping new and potential investors in the agrifood segment, as well as raising awareness among investors from other sectors about the unique potential and opportunities of agrifood investments in Southern Europe. These efforts should be delivered through workshops and other training initiatives. <\/p>\n\n
