The European Commission (EC) recently launched the new version of the Annotated Grant Agreement (AGA) Guide. This version is no longer the draft<\/em> version and includes a series of provisions detailing the preparation and implementation of a Horizon Europe project.<\/p>\n\n

Since the AGM applies to all programmes managed directly by the EC, the changes don’t just concern Horizon Europe You can consult the list of changes here <\/a><\/p>\n\n

Within this list of changes, we highlight the greater detail in Article 6 – Eligible Costs, which now also includes an explanation of the implementation of unit staff costs, the new category of staff costs recently launched. This category, A.6 HE Personnel unit cost is detailed on page 69 et seq.<\/p>\n\n

At the same time, changes were also added to the explanation of the various articles of the Grant Agreement, with particular emphasis on articles 20-22, relating to accounting records, financial reporting and payments.
