OFFERS PRIZES OF 5,000 EUROS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> The National Innovation Agency (ANI), in partnership with Nos, Critical Software, GeoSAT and Galp, is launching six challenges for higher education institutions to develop innovative solutions in areas such as energy, space, information systems and 5G. The challenges aim to identify disruptive projects in their respective areas, with the winning teams being awarded 5,000 euros each.<\/p>\n\n<p>The aim, says ANI president Joana Mendon\u00e7a, is to &#8220;promote collaborative innovation and the transfer of knowledge to the economy, boosting the commercial results of research&#8221;, as well as creating &#8220;channels of access to knowledge for companies&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p>The initiative also aims to be a platform where researchers, teachers and students develop &#8220;new ideas, perspectives and skills for companies&#8221;, thus ensuring access to research and innovation, ANI said in a statement.
