In this way, it is hoped that the implementation and results of ENEI 2030 can be assessed, at different levels, using the best evidence available at any given time. <\/span><\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row use_custom_gutter=&#8221;on&#8221; One of the essential instruments for this change to take place is the selectivity and concentration of investments in R&amp;D and other innovation activities in certain priority areas, which will allow investments in projects to converge along these areas, creating the conditions for value chains to be aligned and extended in the long term. <\/p>\n<p>Concentrating\/specializing investments in R&amp;D and innovation in certain priority areas will help create the conditions for the national economy to assert itself in NEW areas of activity where it has a competitive advantage over other economies. This does not necessarily mean that other areas of activity that are not directly supported under ENEI 2030 will be abandoned.
