    O <\/span>PROCURE+i<\/span>the Competence Center for Public Procurement of <\/span>Innovation<\/span> is the result of a joint initiative by <\/span>ANI<\/span> and the Institute of Public Markets, Real Estate and Construction (IMPIC). The vision of the Competence Centre (CC) is to promote Public Procurement Innovation (CPI) in Portugal, by raising awareness of the advantages of this strategic procurement, facilitating the expansion of knowledge about CPI in all public contracting entities and acting to improve market conditions to bring supply and demand closer together. <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

    The Competence Centre to support Public Procurement Innovation (Procure+i) was an operation co-financed by COMPETE 2020 – SAMA\/ SATDAP – Support System for the Digital Transition of Public Administration, of the type of actions to promote and publicize initiatives with a view to disseminating best practices and sharing knowledge of new forms of internal organization and the provision of public services to citizens and businesses, as well as the development of new models of innovation and experimentation in public administration, such as innovation labs, incubation platforms and accelerators, collaborative projects to co-create innovative solutions, integrated governance projects, particularly those aimed at international cooperation and responses to societal challenges.<\/p>\n
