ANI is an entity subject to the general anti-corruption prevention regime established by Decree-Law No. 109-E\/2021 of December 9, which mandates the adoption of a Code of Conduct by entities.<\/p>\n

This document must establish the set of principles, values, and rules of conduct for all managers and employees in matters of professional ethics, taking into account criminal laws related to corruption and associated offenses, as well as the risks of the entity’s exposure to these crimes.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, as stipulated in the decree, entities are required to ensure the public availability of the Code of Conduct to their employees.<\/span>
