The program seeks to address the challenges and solutions around shifting food consumption patterns, focusing on eating more plant-based foods like fruits, vegetables, and legumes, and less meat, especially red and processed meat. This shift is essential for both human health and the environment.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The initiative is an opportunity for participants to engage in systems leadership, learning how to trigger change beyond their organisational roles.<\/p>\n\n<p>EIT Food collaborates with experts in collective leadership and systems change, such as Leaderscope and the Global Systems Institute. Participants will gain hands-on experience in initiating meaningful system-wide shifts, addressing challenges in food production and consumption, and fostering tipping points for lasting impact.
