 or in co-promotion between companies and/or with non-business entities of 
 the R&amp\;D&amp\;I System based on effective collaboration and short- and
  medium-term strategic partnerships aligned with the priority domains of t
 he Research and Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization (RIS3).\n\nEl
 igible projects include activities aimed at the development of R&amp\;D Un
 its in a business context\, focusing on Micro\, SMEs\, and Small Mid Caps.
  The primary goal is the creation or strengthening of internal competencie
 s and capacities within companies through the establishment of structures 
 characterized by permanence and exclusively dedicated to R&amp\;D activiti
 es. Certification of R&amp\;D management systems is necessary.\n\nThis not
 ice applies to the NUTS II region – Alentejo. The project location corre
