 at developing R&amp\;D Nuclei within a business context\, focusing on Micr
 o\, Small\, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Small-Mid Cap Companies. The
  main objective is to enhance competencies and internal capacities through
  the creation of dedicated structures for conducting R&amp\;D\, requiring 
 certification of R&amp\;D management and development systems.\n\nThis noti
