  at the registration of industrial property rights in the form of patents\
 , utility models\, designs\, or models at the national\, European\, and in
 ternational levels.\n\nOperations eligible for support must fall under the
  individual application mode within the typology of Industrial and Intelle
 ctual Property Protection operations\, targeting the following protection 
 requests:\n\na) Definitive national requests for patents\, utility models\
 , and designs or models submitted to the National Institute of Industrial 
 Property (INPI)\;\n\nb) Requests for patents\, utility models\, and design
 s or models submitted abroad via the direct route with respective national
  administrations\, whether or not claiming Portuguese priority\;\n\nc) Eur
 opean patent requests submitted to the INPI (whether or not claiming prior
 ity of a Portuguese request) or the European Patent Organization\, provide
 d they claim the priority of a Portuguese patent or utility model request\
 ;\n\nd) Entry into the national phases of an International Patent Applicat
 ion (PCT) submitted to the INPI (whether or not claiming priority of a Por
 tuguese request) or the European Patent Organization and/or the World Inte
 llectual Property Organization\, provided they claim the priority of a Por
 tuguese patent or utility model request\;\n\ne) Community design or model 
 requests submitted to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUI
 PO).\n\nThis notice applies to all NUTS II regions of mainland Portugal (N
