DESCRIPTION:Call Code:\nMPr-2023-4\nBeneficiary Entities:\nMicro\, Small\, 
 and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)\, Small Mid Caps\nNon-Business Entities of t
 he R&amp\;I System\n\n[learn_more caption="Type of Support and Geographic 
 Coverage"]\n\nThis notice supports individual or co-promotion operations a
 imed at promoting national co-financing for Portuguese entities participat
 ing in European R&amp\;D projects\, where co-financing is exclusively prov
 ided by national sources.\n\nEligible operations include industrial resear
 ch and/or experimental development activities leading to the creation of n
 ew products\, processes\, or systems\, or the introduction of significant 
 improvements in existing products\, processes\, or systems.\n\nThe operati
 ons should involve Portuguese entities participating in the following Euro
 pean initiatives of the EUREKA Network:\n\n 	Cluster Projects and EUREKA N
 etwork Projects (including projects participating in GLOBALSTARS and Multi
 lateral Calls)\;\n 	EUROSTARS Program\, part of the European Partnership f
 or Innovative SMEs within the EUREKA Network. \n\nThis notice applies to 
 all NUTS II regions of mainland Portugal (North\, Center\, Lisbon\, Alente
 jo\, and Algarve). The project's location corresponds to the region where 
 the investment is made.\n\nIn the case of applications submitted in co-pro
 motion\, Non-Business Entities of the R&amp\;I System (ENESII)\, including
  those from the autonomous regions of the Azores and Madeira\, are also be
 neficiaries\, provided the operations are funded under the Innovation and
