 \;D) operations in the co-promotion modality\, conducted between companies
  and/or with non-business entities of the R&amp\;I System (ENESII). These 
 operations should align with the priority domains of the Research and Inno
 vation Strategy for Smart Specialization (RIS3) and involve investments in
  industrial research and experimental development activities\, promoting t
 heir economic valorization and innovation.\n\nEligible operations include 
 activities leading to the creation of new products\, processes\, or servic
 es\, or significant improvements to existing ones.\n\nThis notice applies 
 to the NUTS II regions of Mainland Portugal (North\, Center\, Lisbon\, Ale
 ntejo\, and Algarve)\, excluding low-density territories as defined by CIC
